Kindra is a Vinyasa, Yin & Ashtanga teacher based in Rome. Devoted to the practice of yoga she holds space for students to reconnect with their body, femininity, and creativity. Having come from a postcolonial research background and studied yoga in Bali, India, and the Philippines - she seeks to explore the identity building process through the embodiment of language and decolonizing practices of yoga. Words & Movement are her healing tools — and she seeks to create a safe space for students to experience themselves and their value in an empowering and accessible way through the practice of asana, mantra, ritual & ceremony.
Monica Isaza
Monica is the founder of RECONNECT. In 2018 she felt the calling to create a space in which people could reconnect with themselves and with nature in order to heal from within. Her intention with RECONNECT is to share tools and practices, with the community at large, which can help individuals liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and traumas that prevent them from living a more present, expansive and fulfilling existence. For more than 20 years Monica has been learning and investigating different natural healing practices, she specializes in aromatherapy and massage. She was a former U.S diplomat for 10 years and currently lives in Rome working in creative projects and promoting her retreats.
Leah Cavazzini
Leah is a sound alchemist who connects to the spiritual realm through her voice, crystal musical instruments and crystals. Leah discovered crystal bowls while enrolled in a crystal healing master’s class. Touched by the profound vibrations she heard from the bowls, she felt the calling to explore deeper and study sound healing with a concentration in crystal bowls. She then experienced the transformative power of the voice during a meditation and emerged herself in participating various vocal workshops and studying with different teachers as a part of her healing journey. Leah spends her time between Florence, Italy and San Pancho, Mexico, where she hosts soundbaths, vocal workshops and and crystal healing sessions.
