As we welcome Spring, a time of rebirth when we allow the body and mind to prepare to rejoice its internal bloom, the RECONNECT team has curated a set of practices interweaving yoga, creative workshops, guided meditations and rituals to guide you in an internal journey to deeply reconnect with your body and higher self.
During this retreat, we will offer a safe space for you to consciously explore your inner voice and creative power. As flowers bloom during the spring, so can we give ourselves the space to manifest our creative energy. During this time we will seek new spaces to explore, expand, and graciously move to renew within.

Nestled within an idyllic natural space surrounded by mountains and olive groves, this autochthonous Mallorcan farm will inspire you to feel at home, go barefoot, walk and lose track of time, connect with the earth, do nothing and feel everything. Our experienced therapist will guide you through various workshops and one-on-one practices to help you enter a safe space in which you can release limiting beliefs, physical and emotional tensions that prevent you from living an expansive existence. Every activity is carefully curated to guide you to open up to profound inner healing so you can start living and manifesting the life you desire.
At RECONNECT we believe nourishment is a primordial powerful healing tool. In order to support your inner healing journey, we will offer you delicious plant-based meals prepared with freshly harvested vegetables from Es Racó’s organic garden.
